Cardio Tennis is a fun ‘tennis-based’ workout, that will get your heart rate up and is a high-energy workout focused on constant movement that includes:

  • 5 to 10 minute warm-up
  • 25 minute cardio segment
  • 10 minute cool-down

There will be upbeat music to motivate you, heart-rate monitors to check your fitness levels and calorie burn, and low compression balls to make striking the ball that much easier.
